We were extremely happy with our experience at lynx motor's & more than happy with the purchase we made, excellent service & more than happy to help with all you're requirements for the right purchase of car, on collection of my Peugeot 207 all paper work dealt with correctly, Glenn taxed my Peugeot for me on site , car had been valeted too & looked like it had just left the showroom, I would definitely recommend them, many thanks, and again, excellent service.

I brought a car not that long back which was given to me with an empty fuel tank of 0 miles and to be honest dirty. I also had problems with a DPF filter after my purchase. Was told by the boss that this was not a fault which is unusual as it is AN MOT FAIL!, i ended up bringing my car back 3 times in which i was pushed away with saying this is normal with diesels not knowing much about cars i believed the boss but did my own research and begged to differ. I phoned numerous times when the light kept coming on. In the end the boss said i was pestering him not being funny but would you not pester after spending 5k on a car with a fault?! and he was quite rude and sturn i have anxiety and just wanted some reassurance this would be sorted. I was told the car would need to be looked at by a mechanic and told would not be ready until 7pm so i went to check for myself at 5pm and came to see the car just sat on the forecourt not in a garage and was given the key without any info on the car.

Lovely before you buy the car soon as you buy it and want help with the car having 3 months warranty the customer service is disgusting yiu end up just "pestering" them and they dont take you serious The boss is a horrible person.
Excellent second hand car dealership

Both my wife and I went to see Glenn at Lynx. We turned up and in all honesty there is no shiny showroom to browse a car with pushy salesmen trying desperately to get their commission. We was left to look at the car we saw on autotrader and our initial thoughts were positive. We again were left to look around and Glenn came out, introduced himself, he was very polite and opened the car, gave us the key and left us to it. We then test drove with Glenn who was great with us and didn’t pressure us in any way and the car sold itself to us. We decided to purchase, this was all very straight forward and the finance went through very quickly. We was promised a full 12 months MOT and 3 month warranty. There were a few cosmetic imperfections on the vehicle and without any Question Glenn promised that these would be sorted. We would both highly recommend Lynx if your looking for a second hand car. Thanks Glenn and team we will definitely use this car dealership again. *****
